Kathleen practices in the areas of family law, employment law and wills and estates law. Kathleen has over 8 years of dedicated service in the legal industry. Prior to attending law school, Kathleen gained valuable hands-on experience working as a paralegal, which has provided her with a deep and practical understanding of the legal process, courtroom procedures, and the intricacies of case management.
Kathleen has an extensive and successful practice before both the Alberta Court of Justice and the King’s Bench of Alberta.
Kathleen is deeply committed to achieving favourable outcomes for her clients and provides sage advice to clients experiencing the difficulties of separation. Born and raised in Calgary, Craig Kelba attended law school at the University of Calgary.
Craig has completed his articles and will be called to the bar at the start of September 2026.
Prior to pursuing a career in law, Craig gained valuable and diverse experience working as a teacher in both Nunavut and Calgary. This unique background has greatly enhanced his communication skills and his ability to connect with and relate to clients from a wide range of cultural and demographic backgrounds.
Craig’s practice focuses primarily on family law and civil litigation files. He is dedicated to providing thorough, attentive, and compassionate service to clients who are navigating these often challenging areas of the law.
Craig’s hourly rate is $250/hour.
